Sarah Turner is the Guest Artist Manager at Open Signal: Portland Community Media Center, in Portland, Oregon. She explores the depths and artistic capabilities of a public access television station, through experimental programming and artist residencies. Sarah's curated installations and events are centered around collaboration, experimentation with technology, and community building.

Since being at Open Signal, Sarah has started a video synthesizer library and programmed workshops and meet-ups to give artists access to analog gear and a community of tool makers. She has curated Peripheral Forms to present Glitch, BPMC to install Glitch Garage, and LZX, Lumen, & BPMC to co-present Cathode Ray Video Collective at Open Signal. Sarah is also a member of B.A.B.A., an offering of Venus Drip that channels collaborative energy from fellow priestesses practicing glitch/witch:ticism and multimedia Magick.
