Ezra Teboul

 

Ezra Teboul is a Ph.D, candidate at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He holds a B.A. from Hampshire College and a M.A. in Digital Musics from Dartmouth College. He has two chapters on the design and history of electronic instruments upcoming in Making Humanities Matter and the Guide to Unconventional Computing for Music. His compositions have been presented at the Subtropics Marathon (Miami), Spectrum (NYC), and Dartmouth College (Hanover, NH). He’s performed at the School for Poetic Computation, Silent Barn, Trans-Pecos, Spectrum, Eyebeam, and the Greenpoint Gallery (NYC), the Gibus (Paris, France), and Mayhem (Copenhagen, DK). He’s collaborated on installations at the Acht Bruecken festival in Cologne, Germany, Moogfest in Asheville, and the International Zizek Studies Conference in Cincinatti, OH. He has a tape upcoming on Afternoons Modelling with Passive Tones.
